1% 10 Net 30 Days. Subject to credit approval.

Minimum Order
All orders under $50.00 will be subject to a $10.00 below minimum fee.

Freight
Products ordered in the Phoenix Metro area are delivered, free of charge, if meeting the current minimum order. Product shipped from the Phoenix warehouse within the state of Arizona will be prepaid if the order exceeds $200.00. Product shipped to adjoining states must exceed $500.00 to be prepaid. All residential shipments are subject to an additional handling charge.

Return Goods
Products purchased may be returned within 30 calendar days for refund of purchase price less any applicable handling charges. Special Order items may not be returnable.

Special Order Items
Special order items can not be cancelled or returned without prior authorization. Customer will be required to pay for items that are not returnable. Restocking fee(s) will apply to items that are returnable.

Shortages
Any shortages on your shipment must be reported within 10 days of the shippping date for the proper verification and possible adjustment.

Prices
ALL PRICES, TERMS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Warranty
U.S. Industrial Fasteners, Inc. hereby expressly warrants the products sold to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. This express warranty is the only warranty applicable to the products sold. All warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. U.S. Industrial Fasteners, Inc.'s liability for any breach of warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product. Liability for all incidental and consequential damages is hereby disclaimed. Use of the product shall be deemed and acceptance of the warranty with all of its limitations. If the purchaser is not willing to accept this warranty, the purchaser should return the product for a full refund.
